Process

One continuous line, from dream to done.

Five stages take a project from the first conversation to a finished building. At each one you know exactly what is happening, what you will receive, and roughly how long it takes.

  1. Stage 01

    Listen

We start by listening — a detailed brief, a visit to your plot, and an honest conversation about the dream, the budget, and how you want to live.

    You receive
    Written brief + site analysis
    Typical duration
    Typically 1–2 weeks
  2. Stage 02

    Imagine

We explore two or three directions — mood, massing, and the big spatial moves — so you react to real options rather than abstractions.

    You receive
    2–3 concept directions
    Typical duration
    Typically 2–3 weeks
  3. Stage 03

    Design

We develop the chosen direction into resolved plans, three-dimensional views, and a considered material palette.

    You receive
    Drawing set + visualizations
    Typical duration
    Typically 4–8 weeks
  4. Stage 04

    Approve

We prepare the statutory drawings and support you through sanction, so approvals never stall the design.

    You receive
    Submission set
    Typical duration
    Varies with the local authority
  5. Stage 05

    Build

We issue construction drawings and stay involved on site, so what gets built matches what was drawn.

    You receive
GFC drawings + periodic site reports
    Typical duration
    Through construction
